What is your pricing?
Due to the custom nature of our work, we don't have a set-in-stone price because every client has different needs. However, you can expect it to range from 2 to 4kUSD. Before you pay any amount of money, we will run your Klaviyo account through an extensive audit (free of charge) that gives you a custom solution AND an ROI estimate back to you within 48hours. How are you different than other agencies?
There's a lot of distrust with "marketing agencies" in the ecommerce space - and rightfully so. The common annoyance we hear talking to ecom founders is that as soon as you pay the fee, they send you into a random slack channel with an "Account Manager" that barely knows what their doing. They lack structure and make bad, cheap and ultimately unqualified hires to work on your Klaviyo account, and ultimately speak to your email list you've spent money on building. It's almost like you could have just paid a cheap freelancer off upwork or fiver lol. How are we different? We have a in-house training system every member on our team must complete before working on any client accounts. This has specific training on Klaviyo, ecom specific copywriting, ecom specfic email design and every other common ad-hoc task regarding ecommerce email marketing. For example, our Account Manager training has over 50 modules they go through. This training is constantly being updated by myself, Kieran, to the best industry practices. Our team, at the time of this writing, is a small 4-man group that is 100% based in Australia. We have a built an email creation system that is designed to minimize time back and forth on email revisions, WHILST also having 2 quality-checking "checkpoints" that we complete before we send anything out to your list. Do have strict contracts?
We do not lock you in any 3-month or 6-month contracts. You can cancel our service anytime. We believe the best method to retain clients is to provide you with the best results and experience. This is why ALL of our clients pay us on a month-to-month basis with a 94% retention rate. We can tell via a Free Klaviyo Audit whether or not we can generate you a significant ROI on your investment - and if we can't, we have no problem to tell you straight away. This doesn't mean your time is wasted, because we are more than happy to give you some pointers on what to do at the current stage of your store.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do! In our free Klaviyo audit and action plan, we will give you an ROI estimate on what to expect working with us and we will create a custom guarantee for you based on what we think is achievable in X amount of days. If we don't achieve our set guarantee in X amount of days, you receive a refund in full. No questions asked.
How much work is involved on my end?
As a fully done-for-you service, your entire email marketing will be taken care of in a professional manner. You can expect to take only 10-15 minutes each week to review/greenlight email designs. We also like to sit down and strategize with you on the content calendar once every month. Of course, you can be as involved as you'd like. We don't run away and do our own thing with your email creation. Our goal is to give you back your valuable time so you can work on bigger leverage tasks inside of your business, whilst also creating a holistic, bullet-proof and most importantly, PROFITABLE email marketing system.
What if I don't like the copy or designs you produce?
Our team offers unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy and satisfied. This is a core component of our creation process. We do our own internal review before handing it over to you so we can minimise time wasted.
